About the Opportunity What You'll Be Doing

Responsible for driving the strategy for affiliate user growth, including but not limited to:

  1. Creating and executing affiliate user growth campaigns aimed at increasing FTT, TV, revenue, and AUM KPIs.
  2. Partnering with communities to launch campaigns with KOLs.
  3. Developing a strategy to manage the affiliate user lifecycle.
  4. Providing support to the Affiliate Growth team as required.

Your performance/OKRs will be evaluated based on:

  1. The total number of affiliate users.
  2. Conversion rate and churn of affiliate users.
  3. Affiliate users' FTT, TV, revenue, and AUM metrics.
