Following rapid global growth, we are expanding our commercial footprint across the Middle East, North Africa, and India. We are seeking a high‑impact VP of Sales to lead strategic enterprise engagements, win new logos, and build long‑term partnerships in a region with significant demand for AI‑driven customer intelligence. The VP of Sales is a senior, quota‑carrying role responsible for driving new business across the MENA and India regions. You will be the face of Intent HQ for some of our most important target markets, shaping our GTM strategy, opening new doors, and closing strategic multi‑million‑dollar deals with Tier 1 enterprises. This role requires a consultative enterprise seller with deep experience in AI, data, analytics, martech, or telecom/fintech solutions — and a strong network across C‑suite, digital, marketing, analytics, and product leaders. Key Responsibilities Own the full sales cycle across MENA and India: identify, engage, qualify, develop, and close enterprise opportunities. Build a strong, predictable pipeline across telecom, financial services, digital wallets, apps, super‑apps, aviation, retail, and government sectors. Identify high‑impact use cases for Intent Edge and Intent Lift tailored to regional customer needs. Lead sophisticated, multi‑stakeholder sales processes at C‑level. Articulate the strategic and financial value of on‑device AI and privacy‑first customer intelligence. Manage proposals, pricing, negotiation, and contracting, working closely with product, legal, and delivery teams. Deliver against quarterly and annual revenue targets. Shape Intent HQ’s GTM strategy for the Middle East, North Africa, and India. Provide regional market intelligence, competitive insight, and customer feedback to guide product development. Represent Intent HQ at conferences, customer events, and in regional media or analyst conversations. Work with the Customer Success and Delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long‑term customer value. Coordinate with Marketing to support events, campaigns, and regional brand presence. Partner with the Product team to influence roadmap priorities based on customer demand. Essential – Experience & Skills Required 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a strong track record of closing complex, high‑value deals. Proven success selling AI, analytics, SaaS platforms, martech, adtech, telecom solutions, or fintech/FSI technology. Strong understanding of first‑party data, customer intelligence, digital engagement, or mobile ecosystems. Excellent stakeholder management skills and comfort selling to C‑suite audiences. Deep network across telecom operators, digital‑first enterprises, banks, fintechs, or major regional brands. Experience selling across the Middle East; exposure to India and North Africa is a strong advantage. Ability to work independently, build a region from the ground up, and operate in an entrepreneurial environment. Exceptional communication, presentation, and value‑positioning skills. Preferred Experience selling into telcos (e.g., Etisalat, du, STC, Zain, Vodafone, Airtel, Jio) or large financial institutions. Background in AI, machine learning, behavioural analytics, or privacy‑enhancing technologies. Multilingual is a plus (Arabic, Hindi, French, etc.).
