  • ContinuousImprovement: Work on continuous improvementinitiatives to enhance the overall quality managementsystem.

Quality Control(QC):

  • Inspectionand Testing: Perform inspections and tests on rawmaterials, equipment, and finished products to ensure they meetspecifications.
  • ComplianceMonitoring: Monitor and enforce compliance withindustry standards, regulations, and companypolicies.
  • Data Analysis:Analyze data from quality tests to identify trends,patterns, and areas forimprovement.
  • Non-ConformanceManagement: Identify and document instances ofnon-compliance and work with the relevant teams to implementcorrective actions.
  • Root CauseAnalysis: Investigate and determine the root causesof quality issues and recommend corrective and preventiveactions.

ProjectSupport:

  • ProjectDocumentation: Review and approve project documents,drawings, and specifications to ensure they align with qualityrequirements.
  • VendorAssessment: Evaluate and qualify suppliers andsubcontractors to ensure they meet qualitystandards.
  • ConstructionInspection: Monitor construction activities toensure compliance with project specifications and qualitystandards.

RegulatoryCompliance:

  • StayInformed: Stay updated on relevant industrystandards, regulations, and bestpractices.
  • Permitting:Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvalsfor water and wastewater treatmentprojects.
  • Reporting:Prepare and submit reports to regulatory authoritiesasrequired.

Communication:

  • Collaboration:Collaborate with various departments, includingengineering, operations, and maintenance, to addressquality-related issues.
  • CustomerInteraction: Interact with clients to understandtheir quality requirements and address any concerns they mayhave.

Health andSafety:

  • SafetyCompliance: Ensure that all quality activitiescomply with health and safetyregulations.
  • Risk Assessment:Participate in risk assessments related to qualityand propose mitigating actions.
