Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the department and project teams, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, generating meeting minutes, preparing presentations, and creating and maintaining action item lists.
  2. Provide support to project teams including maintaining project files and creating and maintaining reports.
  3. Manage simultaneous, small projects as assigned.
  4. Provide support for large projects.
  5. Follow and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
  6. Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Proven expertise in Microsoft Office programs.
  2. Ability to learn and communicate technical information.
  3. Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
  4. Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
  5. Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
  6. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  7. Background check results satisfactory to SEL.
  8. Negative drug test result(s).

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Knowledge of Lotus Notes.
  2. Knowledge of Agile project management skills, techniques, and terminology.
  3. Knowledge of project management skills, techniques, and terminology.
