JobDescription:

We are currentlyseeking a qualified Workshop Superintendent to oversee operationsat our workshop facility in Abu Dhabi UAE. The ideal candidate willhave a Bachelors degree or Diploma certification along withextensive experience in fabrication or oil and gas fieldoperations.

Responsibilities:

• Managedaytoday operations of the workshop facility including schedulingresource allocation and workflowcoordination.
• Supervise workshop staff andprovide guidance and support to ensure efficient and effectiveexecution of tasks.
• Monitor quality controlprocesses to ensure compliance with industry standards and projectspecifications.
• Oversee equipment maintenanceand repair activities to minimize downtime and ensure optimalperformance.
• Collaborate with project managersand stakeholders to plan and prioritize work activities and meetproject deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records ofworkshop activities including inventory management equipmentmaintenance logs and safetyinspections.
• Implement and enforce safetyprotocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment forallstaff.

Requirements:

• Bachelorsdegree or Diploma certification in a relevantfield.
• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience ina workshop superintendent or similar role within the oil gas orfabrication industry.
• Strong background infabrication techniques equipment andmaterials.
• Excellent leadership andcommunication skills with the ability to effectively manage andmotivate a diverse team.
• Demonstratedexperience in project management resource allocation and workflowoptimization.
• Must be currently available inthe UAE and willing to joinimmediately.
• Immediate joining candidates arepreferred.
