  • Work with legacyapplications and have an appetite to help transform it into modern
  • Run the production environment by monitoringavailability and system
  • Build software andsystems to manage platform infrastructure and
  • Improve reliability, quality, andtime-to-market our software
  • Measure andoptimize system performance, pushing our capabilities forward,getting ahead of customer needs, and constantly innovating to
  • Provide primary operational support andengineering for multiple software
  • Gather andanalyze metrics from both operating systems and applications toassist in performance tuning and fault
  • Partnerwith development teams to improve services through rigorous testingand release
  • Working closely with developers,especially when issues arise to help with troubleshooting andprovide consultation &
  • Participate insystem design consulting, platform management, and capacity
  • Create sustainable systems and servicesthrough automation and
  • Balance featuredevelopment speed and reliability with well-defined service level
  • Monitor critical applications and services tominimize downtime and ensure their

The skills we would love to see in yoursuitcase

  • Ideally around 3 years of experience in a SiteReliability Engineer
  • Code experience in one ofthe following languages Go, C, C++, Rust, Python (other languageswill be considered based on experience).
  • Aproactive approach to spotting problems, areas for improvement, andperformance
  • An eagerness to learn, develop& constantly improve with a flexible mindset & approach to
  • Core interest in the Travel industry, with apassion for technology and expertise in this area although Travelindustry experience is not
  • Knowledge aroundcloud infrastructure in Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud or
  • Experienced using the Linux operative
  • Experienced using containers (Docker,containerd), Kubernetes and popular tools within the ecosystem likeArgoCD with proficiency in networking gateways, NAT, routingtables, firewalls
  • Bachelor s degree incomputer science or other highly technical, scientific discipline(Nice to have but not essential).
