Overview: The Lead SoftwareEngineer is responsible for guiding the development andimplementation of software solutions overseeing technical teams andensuring project milestones are met with highquality standards.This position involves architecting robust software systems codingreviewing code and integrating various software components. The Lead Software Engineer collaboratesclosely with project managers QA teams and stakeholders to definerequirements set technical directions and resolve complex technicalchallenges. Additionally they mentor junior engineers promote bestpractices in software development and contribute to the continuousimprovement of development processes. Theideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise insoftware development languages and frameworks excellent leadershipand communication skills and a proven track record of successfullydelivering complex software projects. Responsibilities:
  • Python Development: Lead andcontribute to the development of robust and scalable backendsolutions using Python.
  • Architecture andDesign: Architect design and implement complex systems andapplications ensuring high performance andresponsiveness.
  • Database Management: Design andmaintain database architectures optimizing performance and ensuringdata integrity.
  • API Development: Create andmaintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration with frontendapplications.
  • Code Review: Conduct andparticipate in code reviews to maintain code quality ensureadherence to coding standards and mentor juniordevelopers.
  • Optimization: Identify andimplement optimizations for improving system performancescalability and reliability.
  • Collaboration:Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including frontenddevelopers UX/UI designers and product managers to deliverhighquality software solutions.
  • Documentation:Generate technical documentation for software solutions APIs anddatabase designs.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer ScienceSoftware Engineering or a relatedfield.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years ofprofessional experience in backend development with a focus onPython.
  • Technical Skills:
o Proficient in Python and relevant frameworks (FastAPI DjangoFlask etc.).
o Strong experience with databasetechnologies such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
oFamiliarity with frontend technologies and frameworks (HTML CSSJavaScript react.js typescript).
o Understanding ofsoftware development best practices design patterns and SOLIDprinciples.
  • ProblemSolving: Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention todetail.
  • Communication: Excellent communicationskills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative teamenvironment.
  • Leadership: Proven experience inleading and mentoring developmentteams.
