We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HROfficer to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will beresponsible for managing various human resources functionsincluding recruitment employee relations performance management andcompliance with UAE labor laws. This role is essential in ensuringthat the HR department supports the companys objectives and fostersa positive workplace environment.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment and selection processincluding job postings screening candidates conducting interviewsand onboarding new employees.
  • Handle employeerelations issues providing guidance and support to staff andmanagement.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE laborlaws and company policies andprocedures.
  • Maintain and update employeerecords including personal information job descriptions andperformance evaluations.
  • Oversee payrollprocessing benefits administration and employeeattendance.
  • Develop and implement HR policiesand procedures to improve the overall employeeexperience.
  • Organize and facilitate trainingand development programs for employees.
  • Manageemployee performance management processes including settingobjectives conducting appraisals and providingfeedback.
  • Support the management team indisciplinary actions and grievanceprocedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources BusinessAdministration or a related field.
  • A minimum of35 years of experience in an HR role preferably within theUAE.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws andregulations.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRsoftware and Microsoft Officeapplications.
  • Ability to handle confidentialinformation with discretion.

  • Ability to work independently andmanage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Fluent inEnglish; proficiency in Arabic is aplus.
