About TheRole

As an AssistantManager you will be responsible for the overall safety of guestsand colleagues across various locations of Aquaventure Waterpark.Important part of the role will be to enforce rules and regulationsand ensure park maintenance and cleaning standards are adheredto.


Person in thisrole will have a diverse set of responsibilities thatinclude:


  • directsupervision of Team Leaders Lifeguards and Communication CentreAttendants
  • monitoring service needs to ensure ahigh quality of guest experience
  • partneringwith Recreation Department in the management of the daily operationof the Aquaventure Guest Services Huts Aquaventure Cabanas GuestBuggies and Recreational Leisure activities of the resort
  • development of the Team Leaders through annualperformance reviews
  • carrying out the dailyinspections of the waterpark pools and beaches prior to colleaguesand guest use

AboutYou


Ourideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in aWaterpark/Themepark operation including at least 2 years in asupervisory role leading a large team. Additionally you need tohave strong communications skills and have a proven track record ofinitiatives taken to improve operation. You should be able tooperate in a high volume environment and communicate effectivelywith all levels of management and linestaff.
