Sr Officer

• Develop in-depth knowledge of CTand VAT regulations
• Manage, identify andimprove compliance controls at each stage of the FTA returnprocess
• Develop and implement tax strategiesthat align with the bank’s businessobjectives
• Review all aspects of the taxreturn, including GL reconciliations and FTA auditfile
• Ensure compliance with local VAT and CTregulations
• Build and maintain relationshipswith internal and external stakeholders
• Liaisewith internal and external auditors as well as manage FTA auditqueries as required
• Participate in preparationand delivery of VAT and CT training to internalstakeholders

Support onqueries, reporting and ad-hoc projects and ensure internal controlsare met

• Provide reportingto management/senior management on issues andprojects
• Lead internal projects to minimize andmitigate tax compliance risks
• Other ad hocduties as required
• Detailed knowledge oftransfer pricing regulations and managing Bank’s transferpricing policy
• Knowledge of OECD BEPSframework
