Due to the continued success of our MiddleEast operations we are looking for an Assistant Resident Engineerto join our operations in Abu Dhabi.

Yourresponsibilities will be as follows:

Contributeto the growing ME Industrial by providing technical expertise inspecialist areas of Instrumentation Control and Automation SCADAand Safety Instrumented Systems. The candidate to have sufficientbackground in water and wastewater treatment and pumping stationswith further experience in SCADA and communications. To have broadexperience in the design specification and commissioning ofelectrical equipment instrumentation and control systems (hardwareand software) and SCADA for projects.

You willbe required to be involved in designing managing and implementingthe delivery of leading edge programs and projects.
Youshould build strong rapports with clients at a senior levelensuring a relationship of trust respect and ethics are alwayspresent.
Understand the Middle East budgetary targets forIndustry and HSE Group and be able to translate those toprojects
To determine clients needs and achieve results tomeet and exceed clients expectations.
Must ensure theproject deliverables adheres to Stantec Global Project DeliveryFramework and all Operational policies andprocedures.
Plan project and coordinate resources inliaison with project managers efficiently.

Qualifications : Electrical or I&C Engineer inBachelors preferably Masters
Chartered Engineering orProfessional Engineering is preferred.
Handsonexperience in the design and integration of SCADA systemspertaining exclusively to the application of DMC of potable orsewage water pumping stations transmission and distributionnetworks.
Has demonstrable work experience on at least 2major SCADA projects

Years of Experience:
8 years preferably 5 years in Middle East

Specializations:

Electrical equipment commissioning andspecification;
