Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and create job descriptions. Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Utilise various recruitment platforms and tools to identify and engage with potential candidates. Maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet future hiring needs. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during the recruitment process. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to the HR department and leadership team. Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's position within the property industry. The Successful Applicant A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment processes. Strong knowledge of the property industry and its talent requirements. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. A results‑oriented approach to achieving hiring goals.
