Skills
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Career Counselling, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification in Career Counselling is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Career Counsellor, preferably within an international or secondary school setting.
- Strong understanding of the educational and career development process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and external partners.
- Knowledge of higher education institutions, career pathways, and application processes.
- Ability to provide empathetic, non-judgmental support to students facing academic or career-related challenges.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple student cases and career events simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using career guidance tools and digital platforms.
