1. CCTV SurveillanceMonitoring:
  • Monitorlive CCTV footage of airport facilities terminals airside andrestricted areas to detect any suspicious activity or securitybreaches.
  • Analyze surveillancefootage in real time identifying and escalating potential threatsunauthorized access or unusualbehavior.
  • Assist in reviewingrecorded footage for incident investigations thefts or securityviolations as needed.
2.Access ControlManagement:
  • Operateand manage access control systems ensuring only authorizedpersonnel contractors and vehicles gain entry to secure areas ofthe airport.
  • Issue and revokesecurity badges maintain records of access control logs and reportany irregularities.
  • Verify thecredentials of passengers employees and contractors accessingrestricted or sensitive zones such as baggage handling airfieldareas and cargofacilities.
3.Incident Response andReporting:
  • Respondto security alarms and alerts from the CCTV and access controlsystems coordinating with security teams and airport police asnecessary.
  • Report any incidentssecurity breaches or suspicious activities promptly to supervisorsand law enforcement.
  • Maintaindetailed logs of security incidents actions taken andcommunications during and after securityevents.
4.Collaboration with SecurityTeams:
  • Coordinatewith airport security teams law enforcement and emergency servicesduring security incidents ensuring a swift and efficientresponse.
  • Support patrol officersand security staff by providing realtime information from CCTVsurveillance and access controldata.
  • Communicate security concernsto relevant departments and offer technical support to resolveaccess control or surveillance systemissues.
5.System Maintenance andTroubleshooting:
  • Performregular checks on CCTV and access control systems to ensure theyare fully operational reporting any technical issues to IT ormaintenance teams.
  • Assist introubleshooting technical problems related to surveillance systemsand access control software.
  • Ensurethe proper functioning of all surveillance and access systemscoordinating repairs and upgrades asneeded.
6.Compliance with SecurityProtocols:
  • Adhereto airport security regulations and protocols as defined by localand international aviation authorities including theTransportation Security Administration (TSA) andInternational Civil Aviation Organization(ICAO).
  • Ensure compliancewith safety regulations related to the handling of sensitiveinformation and access to restrictedareas.
  • Conduct routine audits ofaccess control systems and CCTV logs to verify adherence tosecurity protocols.
7.Security Awareness andTraining:
  • Stayupdated on new threats technologies and best practices in airportsecurity particularly related to surveillance and accesscontrol.
  • Assist in training newsecurity personnel on the use of CCTV and access control systemsensuring they are familiar with standard operatingprocedures.
  • Participate in securitydrills and exercises to maintain a high level of preparedness foremergency scenarios.
8.Customer and PersonnelInteraction:
  • Provideassistance and information to passengers and employees regardingairport security protocols whenrequired.
  • Maintain a professionaldemeanor when interacting with airport personnel contractors andvisitors to ensure positive security experiences while enforcingrules andregulations.
