  • Reports, budgets, and projectplans must be written and presented to relevantstakeholders.
  • Collaboration with architectsand otherprofessionals.
  • Keeping up with safety codesand constructionadvancements.
  • Assisting with the hiring andtraining of newemployees.
  • Processing paperwork andtraveling to various locations as needed.

Requirements
  • A high schooldiploma or equivalent isrequired.
  • Bachelors degree preferred inconstruction, business, management, orengineering.
  • Construction industryexperience isrequired.
  • Experience in a leadershipposition ispreferred.
  • A current driverslicense.
  • Excellent oral and written communicationskills.
  • The ability to concentrate and remain calmunder pressure.
  • Capability to manage multipleprojects.
