Overview Oracle Consulting Cloud Applications Technical Architect – UAE (Dubai). Mid‑level, full‑time, consulting role focused on Oracle Cloud and on‑prem applications. Driver of solution design, implementation, and project delivery for customers across the Middle East. Responsibilities Lead architecture design and technical implementation of Oracle Cloud or on‑prem applications, ensuring high quality, integrated solutions. Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and contractual deliverables; apply project management methods, risk management, and change control. Provide day‑to‑day direction to technical teams, coaching and mentoring consultants. Consult with customer management, translate business requirements into technical solutions. Drive business development activities, participate in proposal and engagement activities. Travel to Middle‑East as required. Qualifications Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of relevant experience; 5+ years in consulting with cloud and on‑prem applications. Strong Oracle Cloud or on‑prem application architecture expertise. Project management certification (PMI, Prince2) and Scrum Master or equivalent agile certification a plus. Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or French is an advantage. Excellent communication, analytical, and time‑management skills.
