Job Description:

  1. Assist the Procurement Director.
  2. Communicate with suppliers regarding cargo/order readiness.
  3. Review purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
  4. Coordinate with Forwarders and Clearing Agents to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
  5. Prepare accurate reports for the Procurement Director.
  6. Register products with Dubai Municipality (Montaji) and Dubai Trade.
  7. Book containers with transportation companies.
  8. Oversee all supply chain operations.
  9. Organize transportation.
  10. Analyze and optimize logistical procedures.
  11. Review, prepare, and route purchase orders.
  12. Ensure the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
  13. Monitor shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
  14. Address and resolve shipment and inventory issues.
  15. Maintain inventory records.
  16. Prepare delivery invoices and documents.
  17. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  1. Experience in the UAE for more than 3 years.
  2. Willing to relocate or work in Sharjah.
