Job Description We are seeking a highly efficient and dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently. Assist in loading, unloading, and dispatching of shipments promptly. Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently. Coordinate with team members to optimize warehouse space and layout. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards at all times. Conduct periodic cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations. Prepare shipping documents and labels accurately for outgoing orders. Complete tasks in a timely manner to meet shipment deadlines consistently. Report any discrepancies or issues in inventory to management immediately. Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard‑free environment. Engage in periodic training to update skills relevant to warehouse operations. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. Experience in warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving is preferred. Proficiency in using warehouse software and basic computer skills is required. Physical ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential. Excellent communication skills for interaction with team and management. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
