What You'llBe Doing

At Chalhoub we expressthe exceptional As a Fashion Consultant you will be responsiblefor achieving individual and collective sales targets whiledelivering exceptional Guest Experience; and ensuring support inthe implementation of CRM, CX and other key customer and peopleinitiatives in-store.

  • Youwill collect data on customer behaviour, top sellers, slow moverswhich will be key input for businessreviews
  • Drive client relationships within anomni-channel approach
  • Provide pre-buyingfeedback on products
  • Drive eNPS through peopleexperience initiatives and culture
  • Ensureadherence to VM guidelines and Standard operating procedures(SOPs)
  • Ensure click and collect are conductedwithin SLAs (Service-level agreement)
  • Ensurecustomer data is properly captured in adherence to marketing teamrequirements
  • Promote loyalty program (MUSE) andstay up-to-date with app offeringsetc..
  • Support with in-store marketing eventsand activations
  • Keep abreast of all brandsocial media activities and campaigns
  • Drivesell-throughs within the store
  • Support in-storeCX initiatives
  • Provide input towhat’s working well/what’s not working wellwithin the store
