Sales Manager-Corporate Gifting

<p><p>We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development & Sales professional with a proven track record in B2B corporate gifting and merchandise solutions. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and promoting our wide range of corporate merchandise solutions to clients across the UAE. </p> <p>Strong communication skills, self-motivation, valid UAE driving License and a proven sales track record are essential. This is a full time job, working mostly outside office, meeting potential clients, closing deals towards achieving monthly targets. </p> <h3>Roles & Responsibilities </h3> <ul> <li>Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels e.g. networks, online platforms, exhibitions, and industry events </li> <li>Visit businesses across Dubai and other Emirates to identify and pitch potential clients to actively generate new business opportunities </li> <li>Proactively generate, follow up on new business leads to convert into sales </li> <li>Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for potential customers </li> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients </li> <li>Understand client needs and offer creative merchandise solutions </li> <li>Prepare and present proposals and quotations </li> <li>Meet sales targets and KPIs </li> <li>Partner with internal teams (design, sourcing, operations, logistics) to ensure timely and flawless project execution and client satisfaction </li> <li>Conduct regular client visits across Dubai and surrounding areas </li> <li>Managing sales processes from initial contact to post-sale follow-up </li> <li>Keep up with the latest trends in the Corporate merchandise industry and bring fresh ideas to the table </li> </ul> <h3>Why Join Ideacraft? </h3> <ul> <li>Work with a Global distribution network serving top international brands. </li> <li>Exposure to worldwide client base. </li> <li>Dynamic, flat-structured organization that fosters entrepreneurial growth. </li> <li>Be part of an innovative company redefining sustainable corporate gifting. </li> <li>Competitive salary with attractive sales commissions </li> </ul> <h3>Skills </h3> <p>3–7 years of proven success in B2B sales or Marketing in UAE (experience in corporate gifting, merchandise or related industry is a plus) </p> <ul> <li>Strong existing relationships with corporates, event agencies, HR leaders, and procurement professionals. </li> <li>Fluency in English mandatory; knowledge of local/regional languages will be an added advantage </li> <li>Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory) </li> <li>Proven ability to sell and generate new business </li> <li>Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a consultative selling approach </li> <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail </li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team </li> <li>Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and digital lead generation tools </li> <li>Ability to think strategically to meet the clients’ needs </li> <li>Able to plan and self-manage workload and priorities, even when working under pressure, with the ability to act quickly and decisively </li> <li>Mobility: Willingness to travel locally for client meetings </li> </ul> </p> #J-18808-Ljbffr
