• Manages the day-to-day operations of the personnel or projects under your control to ensure the set objectives are being met.
• Improving efficiency by evaluating and monitoring operational & financial performance of the personnel or project that are handled.
• Direct and ensure implementation of the set business strategy through achievement of milestones across approved timeline.
• Develop and implement all necessary policies and procedures to ensure that operations are being achieved both efficiently and effectively.
• Define and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the organization vision & mission.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and customer insights to inform brand direction.
• Develop and articulate brand positioning, ensuring clarity and consistency across all communication channels.
• Create compelling messaging frameworks that resonate with target audiences and reflect the brand's values.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of brand guidelines, ensuring all marketing materials and communications adhere to established standards.
• Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing and on-brand assets.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns that promote brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage the brand's online presence, including social media, website, and digital marketing efforts, ensuring cohesive messaging.
• Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to evaluate brand health and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on brand insights, trends, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience, with 4 years in a relevant role.
• General knowledge of principles in event management and linkage with marketing as well as sales.
• Strong relationship-building skills with vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Proven success in managing events and campaigns.
• Freezone background.
