Market Analysis:Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities in the genomics testing sector. Stay informed about advancements in genomics and related technologies. Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in healthcare institutions, research facilities, and laboratories. Understand customer requirements and provide customized genomics testing solutions. Product Knowledge:Demonstrate expert knowledge of Menalabs' genomics testing products and services. Provide technical information and support to customers during the sales process. Sales Presentations:Conduct compelling and informative product presentations to healthcare professionals and stakeholders. Highlight the unique features and benefits of Menalabs' genomics testing solutions. Quotations and Proposals:Prepare accurate and persuasive quotations and proposals. Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure seamless order processing. Achieving Sales Targets:Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives for genomics testing products. Monitor and report on sales performance regularly. Training and Education:Provide training and educational sessions to customers on the applications and advantages of Menalabs' genomics testing solutions. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends. Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to enhance the overall customer experience.
