Head of HR – Dubai Salary: 85,000 – 92,000 AED per month Location: Dubai, UAE Our Client: A leading organization in Dubai, recognized for its commitment to excellence and innovation, is seeking an accomplished Head of HR to join their executive leadership team. This is a high-impact role for a strategic HR leader who thrives in fast-paced, multinational environments. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and learning & development. Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational culture, engagement, and change initiatives. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and best HR practices. Oversee HR operations for a diverse, multi-site workforce. Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum 10 years’ progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record in developing and executing HR strategy within large, complex organizations. Strong understanding of UAE labor law and regional HR trends. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal, are required, with fluency in English and proficiency in Arabic considered highly advantageous. Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws will be key.
