Senior SuccessFactors Lead

We are seeking a Senior SuccessFactors Lead to oversee the implementation, support, and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing SuccessFactors modules, leading project deployments, and driving HR technology transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. SuccessFactors Implementation & Management:
    • Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, Succession Planning, etc.).
    • Ensure smooth integration of SuccessFactors with other enterprise applications.
    • Define best practices for system design, configurations, and process improvements .
  2. Stakeholder Collaboration & Support:
    • Partner with HR, IT, and Business Leaders to understand business requirements and translate them into SuccessFactors solutions.
    • Work closely with internal and external teams to provide guidance and support during implementation, upgrades, and enhancements.
    • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on HR digital transformation and cloud-based HR solutions .
  3. System Administration & Performance Optimization:
    • Manage system configurations, security roles, workflows, and permissions within SuccessFactors.
    • Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and provide troubleshooting support.
  4. Training & User Adoption:
    • Conduct training sessions for HR and end-users to ensure successful system adoption.
    • Create user manuals, process documentation, and training materials.
  5. Project & Change Management:
    • Lead SuccessFactors projects, including upgrades, new module rollouts, and process optimizations.
    • Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables to align with business objectives.
    • Support change management initiatives to ensure a smooth transition to new system functionalities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 7+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, configuration, and administration.
  3. Expertise in at least three or more SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance, Compensation, Learning, etc.).
  4. Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements .
  5. Experience in cloud-based HR solutions and integration with third-party systems .
  6. SAP SuccessFactors certifications in relevant modules (Preferred).
  7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Hands-on experience in SAP CPI, Integration Center, and API-based integrations .
  2. Familiarity with SAP HCM, Payroll, or other HRIS platforms .
  3. Experience in data migration, reporting, and analytics within SuccessFactors .
