  • In charge of tidying and cleaningthe pool, beach and common areas every day, in line with applicablehotel standards and procedures and the rules of safety andhygiene.
  • To keep all equipment clean, tidy andwell maintained including proper and securestorage.
  • To have a complete understanding ofthe different cleaning products and theiruse.
  • To report any damaged or missing items inrooms to the Recreation Supervisor and Assistant Manager for actionand follow up.
  • To hand over all Lost and FoundItems with full detailed information to the Recreation Supervisorand Housekeeping in line with the hotelpolicy.
  • To attend to guests requestscourteously and promptly in the course ofduty.
  • To ensure that all guests enjoy theirstay being offered the finest personalservice.
  • To escort the guests rather thanpointing out directions.
  • To respect the privacyof the guests using the pool and beach facilities and theconfidentiality of information.
  • To report anyguest comment or complaint.
  • Ensures that guestamenities in the pool and beach areas are complete and up tostandards.
  • Sorts and counts dirty linen itemsbefore sending to laundry
  • Sortswaste.
  • Handles hotel equipment and supplieswith due care.
  • Responsible for the set-up andcleanliness of the pool and beach loungers.
  • Isresponsible for cleaning and restocking the guest lockers everyday.
  • Ensures that the corridors are kept cleanand free of obstacles
  • Contributes thehotel's commitments to the "EnvironmentCharter" (saving energy, recycling, sorting wasteetc).
  • To be entirely flexible and adapt torotate within the different sections of the Spa &Recreation Department.
