JobDescription:

• Undergeneral direction lead develop and coach Service Engineers toensure that delivery execution is achieved for existing dedicatedcustomer portfolio.
• Hybrid service sales andspare parts role (50% execution 50 %sales).
• Expected to work closely with marketingand sales engineering
• Conduct site inspections& meet with customers as needed.
• Providetechnical and nontechnical customer support and training to ensurebestinclass customer experience.
• Prepares anddelivers clear performance expectations performance reviews anddevelopment plans for Service Engineers
• Ensureservice sales growth is maximized within existing dedicatedcustomer portfolio through expanding the depth and breadth ofofferings by using the applicable service sales process &tools
• Improve towards a bestinclass serviceproduct portfolio by giving proactive feedback about local customerexpectations to divisional platforms to become together morecompetitive and enhance the portfolio.
• Takedecisions and set align and manage targets processes standardsmethods and tools on each country level in own area ofresponsibility in alignment with the respective AreaManagers.
• Develop the Service business byproduct implementation market development and actions that improvecustomer loyalty and satisfaction
• Builds andmanages longterm relationships with customers. Focal point ofcontact for customers facility manager. Build partneringrelationships with endusers
• Driving eachcountrys service activities allocating and prioritizing resourcesfor the implementation of country and divisional Service strategicinitiatives.
• Actively monitor market andcompetition trends and feedback performance of current productportfolio

Requirements:

• Technical Educationwithin engineering is essential preferably within industrialrefrigeration or Mechanical.
• Demonstrable trackrecord within an industrial refrigeration environment.
• A technical understanding of ammonia / freon /CO2 compressors in refrigeration systems isessential.
• Broad knowledge of refrigerationindustry and service products & work experience withinmanagement of a service organization.
• Deeppractical knowhow of sales and service process organization methodsand tools.
• Strong customer focus with theability to create and develop customer relationships.
• Experience in an operational capacity within acustomeroriented environment.
• Front lineservice sales and spare parts experience in operational context.
• Good interpersonal communication skillsincluding ability to influence.
• Strongfinancial understanding.
• Enables teamworkengagement and involvement.
• Drives localaccountability and results.
• Ability toinfluence and communicate at various levels both internally andexternally.
• Analytical and process orientated.
• Experience and ability to demonstrate aworking knowledge of backoffice processes to deliver customersatisfaction.
• Ability to deal with warranties& products.
• Experience within MENA marketalong with clients knowledge arepreferable.
• Able to frequently travel withoutvisa restrictions within MENA region is a must.
