Exciting Opportunity: Planning Engineer at Meraki Global Energy Are you a Planning Engineer with expertise in power plant operations? We are seeking a Planning Engineer with 7-10 years of experience in scheduling, planning, costing, and manpower estimation , particularly during outage periods. Key Highlights Experience: 7-10 years in power plant operations Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology with a focus on Mechanical Engineering. (MOFA Attested) Perks: Competitive salary + accommodation + food allowance Your Role Develop, prepare, and update project plans and schedules, monitoring progress and coordinating with the execution team to ensure alignment with project objectives. Work closely with the executing team to update daily planned activities and follow up on completion, addressing any delays or issues that arise. Prepare the Outage Plan, allocating resources such as manpower, tools, consumables, and additional resources in collaboration with the Operations Manager. Prepare costing and estimation reports in accordance with the requirements of the Operations Manager and Project Manager. Attend progress meetings with clients, effectively communicating project status and providing updates on the schedule. Assist in the development of work breakdown structures (WBS) to enhance project clarity and tracking. Evaluate and recommend scheduling tools and methodologies to improve project planning processes.
