Theideal candidate will be responsible for performingelectrocardiograms (ECGs) and assisting with cardiac monitoring tosupport the diagnosis and treatment of patients. This role requiresstrong attention to detail excellent communication skills and acommitment to providing highquality patientcare.

Responsibilities:

  • Todo routine and standard ECGs for inpatients (wards) andoutpatients.
  • Todeploy Holter monitor External Event Recorder and BP monitor to thepatients and print reports for review and diagnosis by thedoctors.
  • Preparethe patients for exercise ECG and assist the doctors in performingthetests.
  • Giveappointments for the noninvasive cardiacinvestigations.
  • Instructthe patients about the tests advisedthem.
  • Sendthe investigation reports to the Medical Record section to fill inthe concerned patient s medicalrecord.
  • Arrangefor required items stock from the hospitalstore.
  • Maintaincrash trolley (for any event during the exerciseECG).
  • Handleand maintain the equipment (ECG machine Holter Monitor deviceExternal Event recorder device BP monitor device Treadmill alongwith the supportivesoftware).
  • Uploadnoninvasive investigation reports in SAMsystem.



Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in nursing (BSN) orequivalent.
  • Oneyear Diploma inECG
  • 3Years Experience in the samecapacity
  • ValidDHAlicensed
  • Strongknowledge of cardiovascular anatomy andphysiology.
  • Proficienttechnical skills and familiarity with ECGequipment.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
  • Abilityto work effectively in a fastpaced teamorientedenvironment.
  • CurrentCPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification ispreferred.
