To achieve our goals we are searching for a Product Development Scientist to help us create new and innovative offerings to our FoodService customers in the Middle East. We use creativity, innovation and insight across our business to push the boundaries of what's possible in the food and beverage industry and to create inspirational and great-tasting products that drive our customers' success and delight their consumers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop innovative products aligned with business objectives.
  2. Have a strong understanding of the coffee chain and the broader foodservice industry.
  3. Craft high-quality, flavourful beverages with consistency and excellence.
  4. Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring seamless engagement.
  5. Oversee the dispatch of samples and documentation to clients.
  6. Support successful product launches, from concept to commercialization.
  7. Collaborate closely with factories, supply chain, operations, and commercial teams to ensure a smooth transition from development to production.
  8. Produce accurate reports, including trial and shelf-life reports, QASs, and critical paths.
  9. Provide technical and creative insights throughout the innovation process.
What We're Looking For:
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in food development within beverages.
  2. Strong knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP regulations.
  3. Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
Skills & Competencies:
  1. Excellent communication & collaboration skills.
  2. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
  3. Professional-level English skills (Arabic is a plus).
  4. Flexibility to travel when required.
  5. A proactive, hands-on approach to leadership, including mentoring and training junior colleagues.
  6. Experience in the coffee chain, restaurant, or foodservice industry.
