Key Job Responsibilities Inspects and Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials Inspects and Approves in-process production like cutting, fit-up, welding, final inspection by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to production supervisor. Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality database. Responsible for the inspection of claims orders to ensure they meet product and customer requirements prior to shipping. Monitor or observe operations to ensure that they meet production standards Report inspection and test data Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions; calling for repairs. Suggest innovative simple process to assure the right quality to customer Ensuring vendor quality through observing the incoming materials and auditing, advising the vendor to ensure the right quality. Carry out any other task as assigned by the reporting manager. Education Qualification, Work Experience & Skills

Qualifications: Bachelor of Technology/Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical/Metallurgy Engineering 1+ year of internship from any reputed engineering company preferred. Skills:

Good interpersonal skill. \xe8\xb7\xaf Professional integrity. \xe8\xb7\xaf Can work with less supervision. \xe8\xb7\xaf Sense of responsibility and commitment. \xe8\xb7\xaf Good command on written & verbal communication skills in English.
