Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training, Sports Medicine, or a related field
  • Current certification as a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC)
  • Additional certification in a specialized area of sports medicine preferred (e.g. CSCS, ART, etc.)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a sports medicine setting
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics related to sports injuries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Passion for promoting overall health and wellness in the athletic community
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate athlete needs
