Job Summary

Candidates possessing Ph.D. in addition to Basic Nursing Undergraduate and Master\'s degrees from reputed Universities, and having a minimum of 15 years of teaching experience and a minimum of 5 years of experience in academic administration at a responsible position such as Dean/Associate Dean, in a well-established Nursing college/university, may apply.

Responsibilities

Selected candidate will work with the Chief Academic Officer/Provost and President and will be responsible for driving all the academic activities including clinical training in the Nursing college of the University and in the associated hospitals. Medium of instruction is English and candidates should have an excellent communication skill in English.

Requirements Suitable candidates should possess experience in curriculum development, in Problem Based Learning (PBL), Team Based Learning (TBL) and other Active Learning environments, accreditation process including documentation, assessment procedures, research, faculty evaluation and development, in addition to excellent problem-solving abilities and team management skills. Candidates possessing Ph.D. in addition to Basic Nursing Undergraduate and Master\'s degrees from reputed Universities, and having a minimum of 15 years of teaching experience and a minimum of 5 years of experience in academic administration at a responsible position such as Dean/Associate Dean, in a well-established Nursing college/university, may apply.
