JOB PURPOSE:

To operate, control and maintenance of all ELV system, BMS, ACS, FACP, CCTV, Automatic Barriers and Gates. To administer all document related to the project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitoring and controlling of BMS /FACP/ACS/CCTV/Automatic gates workstation. Daily time to time reporting of Critical and Non-Critical Alarms in each ELV system. Assist supervisor and carry out fault rectification on each system and update Maximo. Assist engineers for functionality and integration test of SCADA and FACP system. Coordinate with MMS to generate WO and follow up to close after rectification. Carry out PPM activity, BMS, ACS, CCTV, Automatic gates, and Reporting. Monitor BMS/ACS Server and do necessary back up of data. Coordinate with MEP/CIVIL team to carry out Corrective and PM activities. Coordinate with third party persons and assist for any test, fault rectification for ELV system. Coordinate and carry out calibration for ELV system devices. Carry out routine inspection for the system and report to Supervisor/Engineer. Assist personnel with installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of IT/ ELV system hardware and software. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues of networks and switches. Assist with the installation of new hardware and software and help train employees on its use. Coordinate with other parties for interface systems. Assist and verify functionality of site installed servers for BMS, ACS and SCADA interfacing tools. SKILLS REQUIRED:
Communication skills. Able to work in a multicultural environment. Technical sound and root cause analysis skills to resolve the issues. Sound skills and experienced in office/site administration. Proficiency in using computer and MS office package. Ability to understand complex systems and possess good IT skills. Ability to follow instructions and complete technical report documentation. Able to foster good relations with colleagues and be a good team player. Able to work with minimum supervision under stringent deadlines and high-pressure environment. Leadership Qualities & Reporting. QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate in Engineering Discipline (Electrical / Electronics / Computer Science Engineering) OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent in English. Arabic language is a plus. Having a UAE LMV License is an advantage. Business Unit: GBU Energy Solutions
