How will you make an impact?

As a true ambassador of Cartier, you will support the UAE Leadership Team to ensure they make the best use of their time by completing diary management and administrative tasks and assignments set to you by the Directors - in this role you will support several key leaders in the UAE market. Your main scope of work will include scheduling meetings, coordinating business trips (booking flights, hotels and visas as needed), organize team buildings, events and department seminars and collaborate with other Executive Assistants in the business. In addition you will support HR & L&D with scheduling new joiner meetings, HR announcements and org chart updates. 

 

How will you experience success with us?

Seeing this opportunity as the start of a career with us, you will be fluent in English with excellent communication skills to collaborate with both colleagues and clients - French or Arabic would be a plus. You have 5 years of previous experience in a similar role as Executive Assistant or Team Assistant within an international organization, and have working experience and knowledge of the UAE/GCC region. You are highly organized and discrete with the ability to multi-task between several key stakeholders. You know how to prioritize tasks and your time & can easily engage with stakeholders across the business. You have a high level of experience in Excel, Powerpoint and SAP Concur.
