Responsibilities
Develop, maintain and implement operational policies and procedures. Monitor all financial and operational activities and provide regular updates to management. Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with management and staff to ensure a seamless delivery of operational services. Analyze data, generate insights and insights and make recommendations to improve quality and productivity. Manage external relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers. Prepare business presentations for internal and external audiences. Create and maintain reports, documentation and communication materials. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications
Extensive experience in operations management and administration Strong knowledge of operations processes, procedures, and best practices Ability to analyze data and generate insights Proficient with MS Office and other business software applications Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple changing priorities Demonstrate exceptional customer relation skills and professionalism Flexibility to work extended hours and adjust to changes in operational needs
