If you are a dynamic, highly motivated, can-do attitude individual who excels in networking and establishing relationships, is super organised we have the perfect job for you We are looking for highly talented Partner Account Manager to join our expanding Partnerships Team, who is full of ideas to help us build successful strategic relationships with our partners and maintain excellent relationships.
As the market continues to shift toward digital and Cloud transformation, CR2 sees this as a key opportunity to partner with leading SaaS and Systems Integrators, technology ecosystem and reseller partners to market our solutions internationally and to create joint offerings to support clients in this digital ecosystem.
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Head of Partners and supporting new alliance engagements.

Role: Partner management \xe2\x80\x93 Conduct Partner QBR\xe2\x80\x99s (quarterly business reviews)/Partner Account reviews Highly organised \xe2\x80\x93 ensuring internal partner needs are met as well as ensuring partner is enabled and has the tools to succeed. Communicate consistently with partners though a systematic approach escalating important issues where needed to support their success Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners\xe2\x80\x99 liaison internally Keep a great ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership Assist in researching partners, identifying key players and generate interest

Experienced working in multicultural environment Highly organised, proficient with Sales Force Great rapport and ability to maintain excellent relationships with partners Smart, consultative: ability to understand partner business drivers and needs and ability to establish buy-in at all levels. Exceptional presentation, and communication skills Knowledge of the emerging digital banking marketplace particularly across EMEA and Asia with good understanding of Financial Services / Banking 4 + years of relevant experience Digital minded and tech savvy; Understanding of the value of digital and omni-channel banking
