Abdulla Al Rostamani Properties is a real estate developer having a diversified scope of activities which include property management, project management, and facilities management in addition to trading in properties.

Job Purpose

To be responsible for planning, implementing, maintaining the infrastructure and equipment of buildings & facilities. They perform analyses of operational processes, resource allocation and energy use, safety processes to recommend and to implement improvements.

Job Responsibilities

H&S and Contract Management To maintain, test and implement disaster planning procedures to cover all emergencies Day to day management/supervision of contractors of hard services and soft services Management of Asset Register and ensuring PPM of the assets are carried out accordingly Carrying out inspections and condition Audits on service providers and building Statutory maintenance Ensure that the tower complies with all statutory regulations. All relevant tests and inspections are carried out in accordance with the regulations and records maintained accordingly Fit-out/Small works Managing the fit out and the alteration process for each property, ensuring always that the works comply with local Authorities Refurbishment works Plan, organize and deliver projects in liaison with the Property Manager Prepare scope of works for RFP process Budget To assist the Property Manager in the financial management of the property through the preparation of service charge budgets, the monitoring of agreed budgets to pre-defined cash limits General Prepare required reports as required by the management Compile and record all documentations related to technical aspects of the Tower Job Requirements

Qualifications Degree in Engineering (MEP background) Member of a trade association ie MEFMA, BIFM Experience More than 5 years as Facilities Engineer or similar role managing property Knowledge & Skills Competent in Microsoft Office Software and CAFM Ability to interact with staff at all levels Good interpersonal skills Maintain high level of confidentiality Ability to work under pressure Effective Communication skills Attention to details Proficiency in English (spoken and written) / Arabic is an advantage Customer service oriented At Al Rostamani Group, we seek talented people who work hard to achieve great things.
