What You'll Be Doing: Oversee and coordinate with client on HSE planning and execution issues during all phases of the project lifecycle. Review and comment on contractors HSE plan and reports. Prepare site audit reports, make and follow-up on recommendations. Develop and conduct HSE training per work site and client requirements. Implement HSE personnel competency assessments. Monitor the safety performance of construction management team and contractors on site. Participate in internal safety reviews and site audits/inspections. Prepare site safety reports. Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, equipment specific specifications, and quality management system (QMS) requirements. Witness testing as required by the contract and the job specifications and submit reports on the testing that was witnessed. Prepare non-conformance reports and assist in developing corrective actions. Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
