R\xc3\xa9sum\xc3\xa9 des fonctions R\xc3\xa9pondre et traiter les demandes de r\xc3\xa9paration des clients. Communiquer avec les clients afin de r\xc3\xa9soudre les probl\xc3\xa8mes de maintenance. Effectuer l\xe2\x80\x99entretien pr\xc3\xa9ventif des outils et de l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipement de la cuisine et de la chambre des appareils m\xc3\xa9caniques, y compris le nettoyage et la lubrification. Inspecter visuellement les outils, l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipement ou les machines. Transporter de l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipement (p. ex., outils, radio). Identifier, localiser et actionner toutes les vannes d\xe2\x80\x99arr\xc3\xaat de l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipement et toutes les manettes de fermeture des services publics pour les b\xc3\xa2timents. Maintenir les stocks requis pour l\xe2\x80\x99entretien et commander les pi\xc3\xa8ces et les fournitures n\xc3\xa9cessaires. Communiquer les activit\xc3\xa9s et les probl\xc3\xa8mes qui se produisent chaque jour aux autres \xc3\xa9quipes \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99aide des normes et des programmes de communication approuv\xc3\xa9s. Avoir des connaissances de base ou la capacit\xc3\xa9 d\xe2\x80\x99acqu\xc3\xa9rir ces connaissances dans les cat\xc3\xa9gories suivantes : climatisation et r\xc3\xa9frig\xc3\xa9ration, \xc3\xa9lectricit\xc3\xa9, m\xc3\xa9canique, plomberie, syst\xc3\xa8mes et contr\xc3\xb4les pneumatiques et \xc3\xa9lectroniques, menuiserie et finition, mat\xc3\xa9riel de cuisine, v\xc3\xa9hicules, conservation de l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9nergie et en b\xc3\xa2timent. Effectuer toute la pr\xc3\xa9paration de surfaces, la peinture, les r\xc3\xa9parations mineures aux plaques de pl\xc3\xa2tre et aux boiseries, le remplacement des ampoules et des filtres de climatiseur, et le nettoyage complet et minutieux des zones de peinture ou de r\xc3\xa9paration. Tester, d\xc3\xa9panner et effectuer les r\xc3\xa9parations de base sur tous les types d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipement, de plomberie (p. ex., d\xc3\xa9boucher les toilettes et les drains), les composants \xc3\xa9lectriques, y compris les lampes, les articles cosm\xc3\xa9tiques, les rallonges \xc3\xa9lectriques, les aspirateurs, les appareils Internet, remplacer les interrupteurs et les prises \xc3\xa9lectriques, et autres articles des chambres de clients. Programmer les t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9viseurs et effectuer des t\xc3\xa2ches d\xe2\x80\x99entretien g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9ral et d\xe2\x80\x99inventaire ayant trait \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99ing\xc3\xa9nierie. Utiliser le syst\xc3\xa8me de cadenassage avant d\xe2\x80\x99effectuer des travaux d\xe2\x80\x99entretien. Effectuer les r\xc3\xa9parations \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99am\xc3\xa9nagement paysager int\xc3\xa9rieur et ext\xc3\xa9rieur ainsi que les gicleurs de l\xe2\x80\x99am\xc3\xa9nagement paysager ext\xc3\xa9rieur. Avoir des comp\xc3\xa9tences informatiques de base, y compris la saisie des horaires des appareils de traitement d\xe2\x80\x99air et effectuer les changements de temp\xc3\xa9rature. Suivre toutes les politiques et proc\xc3\xa9dures de l\xe2\x80\x99entreprise; signaler les probl\xc3\xa8mes d\xe2\x80\x99entretien, conditions de travail dangereuses, accidents et les blessures; r\xc3\xa9ussir la formation et les certifications de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9; et stocker les mat\xc3\xa9riaux inflammables selon les consignes de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9. D\xc3\xa9placer, soulever, porter, pousser, tirer et placer des objets pesant moins de 50 livres (22,7 kg) sans assistance et des objets pesant plus avec assistance. Monter et descendre les escaliers, les rampes de service et les \xc3\xa9chelles.
