\xc2\xa7 Tracking project expenses and ensuring they align with the approved budget to keep cost-saving strategies.

\xc2\xa7 Monitoring project timelines, identifying potential delays, and assisting in the development and maintenance of project schedules. PCOs help keep the project on track by addressing scheduling issues promptly.

\xc2\xa7 Maintaining accurate project records and documentation, including contracts, change orders, invoices, and progress reports. Ensuring that documents are organized and readily accessible.

\xc2\xa7 Preparing regular project performance reports for stakeholders, which include cost, schedule, and progress data. Analyzing this information to provide insights and recommendations for decision-makers.

\xc2\xa7 Assisting in the allocation of resources, such as labor, equipment, and materials, to ensure they align with project requirements and schedules.
