  • onduct internal audits and delivery of the internal audit reports based on the annual audit plan, including any special tasks or projects as assigned by management.
  • Develops understanding of business processes in assigned audits and determines business objectives, functions, nature of activities, potential risks and controls to be reviewed.
  • Reporting on control deficiencies to management and making recommendations to mitigate risk and add value to the business process.
  • Prepares audit reports stating findings and conclusions pertaining to the adequacy and effectiveness of risk management, control systems, and efficiency of the processes under review.
  • Review statutory financial statements underlying disclosures based on IFRS.
  • Support in month-end and year-end closing activities of respective holding companies/subsidiaries as per accounting policies & procedures and IFRS.
  • Coordination with External auditors for the conduct of audits.
  • Assist in the development and review of accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with IFRS.
  • Capability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • UAE Driving license is desirable. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s/ Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Accounting/Finance/ Commerce CA/CMA/CPA \xe2\x80\x93 Semi Qualified Knowledge in UAE \xe2\x80\x93 VAT and Corporate tax Advanced knowledge in MS Office \xe2\x80\x93 Excel, Word Working knowledge in Power BI, ZOHO, and Microsoft Dynamics will be an added advantage. Good Communication skills in English Language, Arabic communication skills considered as an advantage. Minimum of 5 Years of relevant Experience in Internal Auditing, Risk Management & related field. Out of which Proven experience in planning, and executing internal audits, including the development of risk-based audit plans Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex audit findings in a clear and concise manner. Work experience in Pharmacy chains, Retails & F&B business will be an advantage. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED5,000.00 per month Education:
