Black Box Integrated Systems is seeking a Presales Engineer based in Abu Dhabi to carry out technical Presales activities purely targeted to road safety and fleet management solutions. The prime focus of this role will be managing and effectively responding to the RFP, RFI, and RFQ along with supporting the sales department as a trusted technical advisor. Job Summary: Provide intensive pre-, and post-sales technical support and consulting to clients and channel partners internationally.Participating in conference calls and customer visits with the sales team to provide technical assistance and expertise on the customer's technical requirements.Draft effective technical and commercial proposal responses for private, semi-government, and government entities across the globe for their RFP, RFI, and RFQ to win high-value projects.Retain a competent level of knowledge and technical experience across the offered products, solutions, and sales propositions.Confidently conducting technical training on the offered solution for existing and potential customers.Effectively compile and deliver, project and audience-specific presentations that highlight the compliance of the proposed solutions with the client's requirements.Oversee the complete tendering process to keep track of the requirements at different stages of the tendering lifecycle.Understanding the client requirements in detail to map the best suitable and fully compliant solutions along with assessing the integration possibilities.Designing the solution proposals for customers to demonstrate how our offerings serve the customer's requirements and how this aligns with the customers' outcomes and differentiates them from the competition.Provide detailed technical clarifications on the prospect's questions related to the project.Act as a bridge between the R&D team and the Sales Department.Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure all the existing and new literature on the products and solutions are technically up to date.Lead the proof of concept from engagement, ownership of all activities, and orchestration, through to completion.Experience & Skills required for this role: Minimum 2+ years of prior experience in Pre-sales, preferably in Fleet Management or Remote Monitoring SolutionsPrior Experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals for RFP, RFI, and RFQ responseExcellent written and verbal communication capabilities in EnglishArabic language is a plus, but optionalKnowledge of Technical Writing is a plusEffective Technical Presentation and Training skillsHighly proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteSelf-Starter with excellent time management skillsMinimum Qualifications required for this role: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering specializing in any of the following streams: Electronics / Embedded Systems / Telecommunication or Similar.Additional Certifications in Technical subjects or Management are a plus.
