Receive the invoices and the table with the lists of professional fees of the doctors assigned to the company and verify that both coincide.Verify... that all invoices received comply with the general rules for issuing invoices and other documents. Register through accounting entries, advances, benefits, liquidations, trusts, internship payments, administrative expenses, condominium, basic services, among others, in the SAP system and make weekly payment needs charts.Make statutory withholdings to suppliers and doctors attached to the company and issue the corresponding receipts. Transcribe and keep updated in the system all the information related to the administrative process.Keep track of the bank transactions of the company. All those inherent to the position.Requirements : Administration or related career.1 year of experience in administrative positions. Technological knowledge. Knowledge of rules and regulations on tax withholdings.Knowledge of accounts payable and petty cash.
