Description

Graphic Designers Looking for high skilled Graphic designers to create and influence branding, which can help to sell products and services to customers in all field and create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. The candidate must define requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. You'll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions and more. The graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team. Job type: Regular Duration: Full time Years of experience: 4 - 6 Reporting to: Art Manager Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, industrial design, or interior design, or any related field. A strong eye for visual composition, Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Understanding of Social media marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, and multimedia design. Applicants having creative designing exposure of Media & Advertising High Skills in using the following program: Adobe photoshop Adobe illustrator Aftereffects Premier Pro Adobe InDesign Sketching Main responsibilities: Study design briefs and determine requirements Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts. Schedule projects and define budget constraints Conceptualize visuals based on requirements Prepare rough drafts and present ideas Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand drawing Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design Test graphics across various media Amend designs after feedback Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand. Proven graphic designing experience A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics A keen eye for aesthetics and details Excellent communication skills Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus Job Requirements: Plans concept by studying information and materials. Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval. Prepares finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment; and purchasing from vendors. Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art. Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc. Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; and participating in professional societies. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Design web pages, brochures, logos, books, magazine covers, advertisements, and other communication materials. Meet with clients to gain an understanding of what they want their proposed communications to look like. Create or incorporate illustrations, pictures, and designs to reflect the desired theme and tone of the communications. Select type size and style to enhance the readability of text and image. Produce drafts for review by clients and make revisions based on the feedback received. Review final productions for errors and ensure that final project reflect client specifications. Key TechnicalSkills: Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with Marketing team. Responsible for the creative vision for online campaigns. Determine how best to represent a concept visually. Present completed ideas to the management. Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices. Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics. Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery within deadlines. Generating fresh concepts. Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects. Keeping up to date with industry developments. Must: You will also be requested to work on short video / Motion graphic. Layout skills Analytical & Creativity skills Attention to detail Deadline-oriented Desktop publishing tools and graphic design software Time-management skills Communication skills Handles rejection Applicants must be currently available in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
