The Role:

As CSA, you will be responsible for two important aspects of our SMB business: 1 - You play a critical role in coordinating the successful onboarding process for our customers' campaigns. You will have the opportunity to partner with our customers right across the MEA region, as well as internal teams and external vendors. And 2 - Once the onboarding process is completed, you will play a critical role within the company through hands-on management of hotel advertising campaigns while developing and maintaining partner relationships with key corporate clients.

Responsibilities:

Primarily responsible for coordinating onboarding activities for successful campaign launch:

Responsible for working closely with clients and internal teams (sales, customer success, support teams, etc) to gather info needed to launch campaigns as well as onboarding clients on the portal
Oversee campaign setup including technical components

QA campaign setup and performance
Resolving relevant customer support tickets

Lead post-campaign analysis and review
Provide high-quality customer service and drive the bar higher for client satisfaction.

Working with clients across the Middle East & Africa
Support the Customer Success Manager and Sales Team in the Dubai office

Analyze and interpret performance data to provide optimization and campaign strategy recommendations
Traffic and optimize campaigns to deliver great results for our clients

Coordinate with sales, ad operations and external clients to ensure campaigns are successfully launched and consistently meeting client goals

What you bring to the table:

Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Arabic is a distinct advantage

Campaign/account management/client/customer success experience
High attention to detail and organization skills which allow you to operate efficiently across multiple projects at once

Strong analytical abilities and experience in data-driven decision making
Strong self-management skills and a sense of urgency

Ability to handle multiple clients & campaigns on any given day
Willing to wear multiple hats and roll up your sleeves to get the job done

Proficiency in standard business and sales software such as Salesforce, Gsuite, and Office products
Knowledge of DV360 & Xandr a distinct advantage

Understanding of the online advertising industry a plus
