About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual for our new position of Senior Financial Analyst - Loyalty Program. You will be an integral part of the finance team responsible for managing and optimising the financial performance of our loyalty programs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights that drive strategic decisions and enhance customer loyalty.

Responsibilities of a Senior Financial Analyst - Loyalty Program
  • Analyse financial data related to loyalty program initiatives to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs related to customer loyalty metrics, providing actionable insights to improve program performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and IT teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and models to support strategic business decisions.
  • Perform variance analysis to identify program strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements related to loyalty programs.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Requirements for a Senior Financial Analyst - Loyalty Program
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification (CFA, CPA) is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a loyalty program or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience working with financial software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
