As the Quality Manager, you\'ll report to the Project Director. You\'ll provide leadership and implement the Project Director\xe2\x80\x99s vision for the Quality Management System (QMS), you will work with other project personnel in establishing project plans, procedures/guidelines (where relevant), support project functions in establishing function-specific procedures, as well as oversee overall implementation of the QMS. We\'ll ask you to develop, review, and update the Quality Management Plan (QMP) and verify that project-level processes are being followed in accordance with the QMP. You\'ll ensure awareness of contract requirements throughout the Management Team and Stakeholders and verify the Developer/Design-Builders\' Design QMP and Construction QMP have been developed for the project and follows the intent of this QMP. We\'ll also ask you to ensure you plan and conduct quality audits on project, and ensure quality audits are performed across the supply chain as needed.

You will coordinate with the project team to identify design checking, reviewing and verification requirements, and support them to conduct the same. You will review and approve sub-consultants\xe2\x80\x99 quality assurance plans. Coordinate with the project team to verify the use of approved software or calculation sheets and support the project team in capturing quality-related inputs into project deliverables.

You will establish, track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Quality to the Project Director. Support the Project Director in conducting and documenting project quality management reviews. Develop and conduct quality management process training with project participants. Verify contracts contain quality management requirements. Oversee management of QMS documents and records on the Electronic Data Management System (EDMS) to ensure up-to-date and accurate reporting. You will have sufficient authority and organizational freedom to identify any quality problems and to initiate, recommend, provide, and verify implementation of the solutions. Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree preferably in Engineering

Registered as Quality Management Practitioner.

Certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor

Experience as a Quality Manager for mega, multi-discipline aviation design and construction programs.

Minimum of 15 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience, of which 4-5 years have been within a Quality Manager role.

Proven ability to maintain and build relationships with Clients.

Proven ability to prepare contract and project proposals including methods to solicit and use input from team members, monitor and report project status and issues, with emphasis on pro-active reporting as opposed to reactive.
