Our shared values guide the way we behave to make a positive, enduring impact: Lead the way Serve with integrity Take care of each other Foster inclusion Collaborate for measurable impact During your tenure as a Business Analyst, you will demonstrate your capabilities in the following areas: Support in the implementation of business friendly centralized IAM controls framework that consistently enforces identity and access policy across HR processes and IT infrastructure, and application access into a common, service-oriented architecture to be integrated with existing and new applications for the delivery of secure access control; Support in maintaining detailed documentation of work undertaken. Leadership capabilities: Builds own understanding of our purpose and values; explores opportunities for impact Demonstrates strong commitment to personal learning and development; acts as a brand ambassador to help attract top talent Understands expectations and demonstrates personal accountability for keeping performance on track Actively focuses on developing effective communication and relationship-building skills Understands how their daily work contributes to the priorities of the team and the business Qualifications: University degree in Computer Science or any related field; 1 to 2 years of experience in the identity management industry; Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Perl, JavaScript, C++, C#, Java, etc.); Knowledge of IAM products (Oracle, Sailpoint, Aveksa, Ping as an example); Ability to describe common IAM technologies (SAML, OAuth, OpenID). Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; Ability to grasp both business and technical processes and concepts; Ability to work both independently and as part of a team; Ability to conduct extensive research, analyze and propose solutions; Well organized, efficient and detail oriented; Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite solutions.
