      • Monitor the progress of procurement activities to ensure timely delivery. Cost Control:
        • Analyse supplier quotations and negotiate pricing and terms to achieve cost savings.
        • Track and report on cost variations and recommend cost-effective alternatives when necessary. Quality Assurance:
          • Ensure that materials and equipment meet required quality standards and specifications.
          • Collaborate with quality control and inspection teams to verify product quality. Documentation and Reporting:
            • Maintain detailed procurement records, including contracts, invoices, and correspondence.
            • Prepare procurement reports for management and project teams. Compliance and Regulations:
              • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to procurement.
              • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Problem Solving:
                • Resolve procurement-related issues, disputes, and discrepancies.
                • Address any delays or disruptions in the supply chain promptly.
