Responsibilities
+ Assists with creating and modifying 3D BIM models, renderings and/or animations for promotion and proposals.
+ Works under direct supervision.
+ Office-based work with various departments to integrate imagery into presentations using existing software.
+ May help to create or maintain standards, processes and goals.
+ Work is closely supervised.
+ Assists with BIM workflow and maintenance on assigned projects
+ Develops solutions for routine technical problems
+ Drafts elements of project BIM/GIS execution plans
+ Performs model QA/QC checks on projects
+ Works with project delivery team members to resolve model problems and ensure understanding of project and BIM standards
+ Facilitates training sessions with project teams on software applications and processes
+ Contributes to the development of processes, procedures, templates and model content for project delivery use
+ Use of Civil3D / Revit / ProjectWise / BIM360 / Dynamo / Microsoft PowerBI and Power Apps
Minimum Requirements
+ Must have graduated either in 2021 or graduating no later than Sept 2022
+ Successful applicants must have a minimum 3.5 GPA or 2:1 (or equivalent) and above
Preferred Qualifications
+ Bachelor or Master of Science in a relevant field from an accredited University
